Raises Funds For Children Orphaned By HIV/AIDS In Botswana
PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY (May 10, 2000) -- As part of the recent partnership announcement, SECURE THE FUTURE; and the Magic Johnson Foundation announced today the winner of its eBay charity auction. An anonymous bidder at $10,000 won the unique denim jacket designed by Earvin "Magic" Johnson and hand beaded in Africa. All funds will go directly to assist children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS in Botswana at an orphanage supported by Miss Universe, Mpule Kwelagobe, who is from Botswana.
